Auctions

Introduction

During the game objects are automaticly put up for sale on a public scale for players to bid on, like food and mana potions. Players can also put items up for auction.

Bidding

'auction bid [value]' will place a bet for the item. For new characters, the auction channel is disabled to prevent spamming. To add the auction channel to your screen, type 'channel +auction'.

Auctioning

If nothing is being auctioned, 'auction [item name] [starting value]' will begin an auction. A starting value will be set based on the cost of the object if none is set. When the auction ends, either the bid money, or the item itself is returned to you.
